Mini-Gigs | Terms & Conditions
By making a purchase of a Mini-Gig with Krystal Hudson (Contractor), the purchaser (Client) agrees to the following Terms & Conditions:
Term
These Terms & Conditions begin immediately upon purchase by the client.
Expectations from the Client
Upon payment of your mini-gig, you will receive an email listing all project deliverables required to complete your mini-gig.
All (100%) of the requested deliverables are required to be submitted to the Contractor within 30 calendar days.
Delivery | Turn Around Times
All mini-gigs will be completed within 5 business days, commencing from the date that all Client Deliverables are submitted to the Contractor. Please note that mini-gigs will not commence until 100% of the Client Deliverables are received.
Landing Page Design
As stated at checkout, where a mini-gig includes landing page(s) design these are not Sales Pages. Short & long form sales pages are not included in any mini-gig offer. Some examples of typical page inclusions for each offer are shown below:

Revisions
- All mini-gigs include one(1) round of revisions.
- Your one(1) included round of revisions must be utilised during the 7 days your mini-gig is being completed.
- Un-used rounds of revisions will become void upon completion and handover of your mini-gig.
- Revisions requested over and above this one(1) round, or requested after completion handover, are charged at our standard design fee of $160 per hour; minimum 1 hour.
Email Support
Following the completion of your mini-gig, you will also receive 1 week of email support. This support is for general enquiries and 'how to' questions related to your mini-gig only - no revisions or questions relating to items outside the scope of your purchased mini-gig(s) are included.
Requests for Refunds
If a client would like to request a refund due to a change of mind, this can be submitted by email to [email protected]. Refunds due to change of mind will incur a $50AUD cancellation fee to cover all administration costs incurred by the Contractor.
There are no refunds on works completed.
Service Location
All Services are provided virtually. Time zone is AWST.
Days of Operation
This business operates Monday to Friday. Weekends & Public Holidays are closed.
Autonomy
The Contractor will have full control over working time, methods, and decision making in relation to provision of the Services. The Contractor will work autonomously and not at the direction of the Client. However, the Contractor will be responsive to the reasonable needs and concerns of the Client.
Capacity | Independent Contractor
In providing any Services to you, it is expressly agreed that the Contractor is acting as an independent contractor and not as an employee.
Ownership of Intellectual Property
All intellectual property and related material, including any trade secrets, moral rights, goodwill, relevant registrations or applications for registration, and rights in any patent, copyright, trade mark, trade dress, industrial design and trade name that is developed or produced under this Agreement, will be the sole property of the Client. The use of the Intellectual Property by the Client will not be restricted in any manner. The Contractor may not use the Intellectual Property for any purpose other than that contracted for except with the written consent of the Client. The Contractor will be responsible for any and all damages resulting from the unauthorised use of the Intellectual Property.
Confidentiality
Confidential information refers to any data or information relating to the Client, whether business or personal, which would reasonably be considered to be private or proprietary to the Client and that is not generally known and where the release of that Confidential Information could reasonably be expected to cause harm to the Client. The Contractor agrees that they will not disclose, divulge, reveal, report or use, for any purpose, any Confidential Information which the Contractor has obtained, except as authorised by the Client or as required by law. The obligations of confidentiality will apply during the Term of Agreement and will survive indefinitely upon termination of this Agreement. All written and oral information and material disclosed or provided by the Client to the Contractor is Confidential Information regardless of whether it was provided before or after this signed Agreement or how it was provided to the Contractor.
Mutual Indemnification Clause
Except to the extent paid in settlement from any applicable insurance policies, and to the extent permitted by applicable law, each Party agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the other Party, and its respective affiliates, officers, agents, employees, and permitted successors and assigns against any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, penalties, punitive damages, expenses, reasonable legal fees and costs of any kind or amount whatsoever, which result from or arise out of any act or omission of the indemnifying party, its respective affiliates, officers, agents, employees, and permitted successors and assigns that occurs in connection with this Agreement.
Dispute Resolution
Any controversy or claim arising out of, or relating to, these Terms & Conditions or the services provided, shall first be submitted to mediation for an attempt at resolution, with such mediation being conducted by a mutually agreeable party. If the dispute is not resolved by mediation of not less than six hours duration, the dispute shall be settled by binding arbitration in Australia, Australia through and in accordance with the rules existing. The arbitrator shall not have any power to alter, amend, modify or change any of the terms of this Agreement nor to grant any remedy which is either prohibited by the terms of this Agreement, or not available in a court of law.
